What is an FPV drone tour?
A single continuous video, filmed with a first person view drone, that moves through a space without cutting. The drone flies in the front door, through the rooms, out a window, over the pool, and back. Because there are no cuts, the viewer never gets a natural moment to scroll away.
Can you really fly a drone inside a building?
Yes. We use small cinewhoop drones with ducted propeller guards, roughly the size of a hand. They fit through doorways and around furniture. The guards mean that if the drone contacts a wall it does not damage the wall or the drone. Indoor flight is also not subject to the same airspace restrictions as outdoor flight, so we can shoot inside buildings near airports where a standard drone cannot fly outside.
How is this different from normal drone video?
Standard drone work uses a large aircraft with a gimbal stabilized camera. It shoots beautiful exteriors and it cannot go inside. FPV is flown manually through goggles, so it can move through tight spaces, follow a subject at speed, and connect the outside and inside of a property in one uninterrupted shot. Most companies in South Florida only do the first kind.
What does an FPV drone tour cost?
It depends on the size of the space, how many deliverables you need, and how much editing is involved. A single residential listing is very different from a multi day hotel or event shoot. Send us the details and we will give you a real number rather than a range that does not mean anything.
How long does the shoot take?
Most residential properties take under two hours on site. Commercial buildings, hotels, and venues take longer depending on square footage and how many areas you want covered. We plan the flight path before we arrive so we are not figuring it out on your time.
How fast do I get the video back?
Standard turnaround is a few business days for a single property. Rush and same day turnaround is available for events and time sensitive listings. Tell us your deadline up front and we will confirm before we shoot.
What formats do I get?
A horizontal master for MLS, your website, and email, plus vertical cuts sized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Everything is color graded with licensed music and ready to post.
Is it safe around people, furniture, and finishes?
Yes. The propellers are fully ducted, the aircraft is light, and we walk the space before flying to plan the route and identify anything fragile. For occupied venues and events we coordinate with your team on crowd areas beforehand.
Do you fly outdoors too?
Yes. Most of our tours combine both. Exterior aerials of the property, the street, and the surrounding area get connected to the interior walkthrough in the same continuous flight.
What areas of South Florida do you serve?
Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, Doral, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach. We travel outside South Florida for the right project.
How far in advance should I book?
A few days is usually enough for a single property. Events, multi day shoots, and anything requiring venue coordination should be booked further out. If you have something urgent, ask anyway.
