Limitless Creations Network, operating as Limitless Drones LLC, is a drone videography company based in West Palm Beach, Florida. This notice explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
The contact form on this website asks for your name, email address, phone number, the type of project, the location, and whatever you write in the message field. Only the name, email address and message are required.
We use this information for one purpose, which is to answer your enquiry and quote the work. Enquiries are emailed to us and stored in this website’s database so we can refer back to them. We keep them for as long as they are useful to the relationship, and we delete them on request.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, and the site that referred you. Our host and our visitor statistics tool use this to keep the site running and to count visits. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not build a profile of you.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses them for three things: keeping pages fast through our caching system, counting visits through our statistics tool, and checking that the contact form is being filled in by a person rather than a bot.
Videos embedded from YouTube set their own cookies once you play them. Those are governed by Google’s privacy policy rather than ours. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may behave differently if you do.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers who handle information on our behalf:
- Our website host and email provider, who store and deliver enquiries
- Our spam filtering service, which checks form submissions
- Cloudflare, whose bot check protects the contact form
- YouTube, when you play an embedded video
We will also disclose information where the law requires it.
Video and photography
Our work involves filming property, vessels, vehicles, venues and, at events, people. Unless a project agreement says otherwise, we retain ownership of the footage we shoot and we may use selected clips in our portfolio, on this website, and on our social media accounts. If you are a client and you need footage kept private, tell us before the shoot and we will put it in writing.
At events and in public venues, notifying attendees that filming is taking place is the responsibility of the organizer or the venue. If you appear in footage we have filmed and you want it removed, contact us and we will address it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond. If you are in California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have further rights under your local law, and we will handle those requests on the same basis.
We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no agreed standard for how websites should treat them.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
